Use-case: Launch validation

Launch a waitlist app with AI — deployed and live in minutes.

Before you build the full product, validate the idea. A waitlist app collects early signups, rewards referrals, and gives you an admin view of who is waiting — all without touching a no-code tool that stores your users' data on someone else's servers. Völundr builds it as your own app, on your own infrastructure.

What Völundr builds

A full waitlist system — not a form tool

Public signup page

A branded landing page where visitors join the list. Confirmation email sent immediately. Position displayed on signup.

Referral tracking

Each user gets a unique referral link. Signups through their link move them up the queue. Fully automatic, no manual tracking.

Admin dashboard

View all signups, positions, referral counts, and email addresses. Export the list. Approve users in batches when you are ready to launch.

How it works

Three steps to a live waitlist

1

Describe your waitlist

Tell the Analyst what you are launching: product name, branding color, email provider, referral reward rules, and how many users you expect. Upload a brand logo if you have one.

2

Agents build it

The pipeline designs the schema (signups, positions, referral codes), writes the full-stack code, and validates the referral tracking logic. Takes 10–20 minutes.

3

Go live before your launch

Staging deploys immediately — share the URL to start collecting signups while you review. Promote to production when you are satisfied. Your waitlist is live.

Ownership

Your app is a real Docker container — not locked to our platform. Host it anywhere, export it any time.

Your early users' email addresses are stored in your database — not in a third-party tool that may change pricing or close. When the launch is over, export the list and cancel hosting. Your Docker container and its data are yours.

Common questions

Can it send automated emails when someone joins?
Yes. Describe your email flow during intake — confirmation on signup, referral milestone notifications, and launch announcement. The Developer agent integrates your email provider (Resend, SendGrid, SMTP). Your API key is encrypted at rest and injected at deploy time.
How many signups can it handle?
The generated app runs on a standard PostgreSQL database. For most indie launches (under 50,000 signups), the default architecture handles the load without any tuning. Describe scale expectations during intake if you anticipate a viral moment — the Architect will size the stack accordingly.

Validate your idea before you build it.

A waitlist app is live in under 30 minutes. Collect real signups, measure referral virality, and go to launch with confidence. €49–€99 one-time build fee.
